Greater Banking Convenience
ANZ Direct Online transactions can be
sent to the Bank 24 hours a day
Domestic transactions received by 8:00pm will be processed on the same business day
International payments received by 4:00pm will be sent overseas on the same day
Domestic and international payments can be future-dated up to 60 days.
Same Day Cleared Payments released before 4.30pm will be paid the same day, as cleared funds.
Compatibility with Accounting Systems
ANZ Direct Online is compatible with many major accounting and payroll software packages. This allows payments to be bulkloaded into ANZ Direct Online, thereby removing the need to double key.
Account transaction data may also be exported from ANZ Direct Online to your accounting package.
Prior day domestic account balances and transaction information is available from 6:00am each business day and Friday's account information is available from 6:00am on Saturdays.
Real Time Balance and Transaction information is regularly updated throughout the day, to give up to date account information.
Balances and transactions from your foreign currency accounts are available from 6:00am on business days.
Secure Mail allows you to send secure mail messages to the Bank. This function has templates for common requests and the ability to send a free format message for requests not covered by the templates.

User Guide, Online Help and Training
ANZ Direct Online has an Online User Guide in PDF format making it easy to read on screen. It also makes it easy to keep an up-to-date hard copy as you can print out individual chapters or the whole guide.
Online Help is simple to use with clear, step by step instructions, a search function and an index to find the topic that you are looking for.
Online Training is an interactive modular based training system. All the modules step through how to use the main functionality of ANZ Direct Online.

1. Account Information (AI) Reports
Account Information in ANZ Direct Online provides reports for balances, transactions and profiles for domestic accounts. The data is provided in either PDF or CSV format allowing viewing on screen or the ability to export to accounting packages.
Foreign Currency Account (FCA) information provides transaction and balance information in PDF or CSV format allowing viewing or exporting to accounting packages.
